About My Practice
A Place to Slow Down, Reconnect and Come Back to Yourself
All About Love Wellness grew from a deeply personal journey—one that began long before I ever imagined becoming a Reiki Master or sound practitioner.
For a long time, I lived with pain in many different areas of my body. I was fortunate to have dedicated doctors and physical therapists who worked hard to help me, and I remain deeply grateful for their care.
But as the appointments multiplied, something inside me kept saying that there was more I needed to understand.
My health journey often required me to describe myself in parts. One appointment focused on one area, another appointment on something else. I filled out forms, repeated my history, answered the same questions, and moved from one concern to the next.
Eventually, I realized something that would profoundly influence the work I do today:
I did not experience myself in parts. I was one whole person.
There was the physical discomfort, but there was also exhaustion, frustration, fear, hope, my thoughts, my environment, and the way I was moving through my life.
I didn’t come to energy work because I already had all the answers.
I came to it because I had questions.
Curiosity Became a New Path
Alongside my conventional medical care, I began exploring other approaches to well-being. I worked with an energy practitioner and became curious about yoga, chakras and energy practices.
Then I began noticing something I couldn’t easily explain.
While moving my hands during these practices, I sometimes experienced sensations of warmth, tingling or a subtle feeling around them. At first, I didn’t know what I was experiencing. I simply became curious.
I experimented. I paid attention. I began noticing how those sensations seemed to change as I moved my hands around my own body and, later, around others. There were moments when people described sensations corresponding to where my hands were positioned even without looking.
I didn’t take those experiences as answers.
They gave me more questions.
And those questions made me want to learn.
That curiosity eventually led me to formal training in Reiki, sound healing, Energy Medicine and other wellness practices. Training gave me a framework for exploring experiences that had initially been intuitive and unfamiliar.
Over time, something else that had always been part of me began finding its place in this work:
music.
Music Was My Safe Place
I am a musician and composer, but music has never been only about performing for me.
During some of the most difficult periods of my own journey, I created music for myself.
Music became my safe and happy place.
Sometimes it took only a few minutes before I could feel myself begin to soften, settle and let go.
Many of my compositions developed with an intentional energetic journey behind them—grounding, cleansing, movement, and a return to grounding. Not every listener needs to understand music through that lens. You don’t need to believe anything particular about energy to experience sound, stillness, resonance, or the way music can make you feel.
For me, music offered a way to come back to myself.
Eventually I realized that my music and my wellness work did not need to exist separately.
They belonged together.
Today, original music is one of the elements that makes All About Love Wellness uniquely my own.
Every Experience Can Be Different
There are many ways to experience my work, and not every person or group is looking for the same level of depth.
For some, the right experience may simply be an opportunity to step away from a demanding day and become immersed in live sound. A Restorative Sound Bath brings people together in a shared experience using original music, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes and other resonant instruments to create space for stillness, presence and restoration.
For those wanting a more immersive experience, the Resonance Field Experience brings sound closer—surrounding the body with layers of vibration and resonance so that sound is not only heard, but experienced spatially around the person.
And for individuals or smaller private groups who want to carry something meaningful beyond the experience itself, the Integration Ceremony goes deeper. Sound, energy work, reflection and restorative practices can be brought together with tools and awareness that participants can return to in everyday life. These experiences may be created one-on-one, for small private groups, or as extended and customized immersions.
My work can therefore meet people at very different places—from a shared restorative pause to a deeply personalized experience. The format, setting and level of participation may change, but no one is required to believe in energy work, understand Reiki or have previous experience with meditation or sound. There is no particular response you are expected to have.
Experiences Created Around the People, Purpose and Place
My work is not limited to one type of client, setting, or format. I collaborate with organizations, businesses, wellness and hospitality communities, venues, private groups, and event partners to create experiences shaped around the people who will be there, the purpose of the gathering, and the environment in which it takes place.
An experience may be designed to offer employees a meaningful pause from a demanding workday, give members an opportunity for restoration, help guests discover something memorable during their visit, bring greater presence and connection to a celebration, or create an immersive experience centered around original music and sound.
Rather than asking a partner to fit into a predetermined program, I begin by understanding what you hope to create and then draw from my background as a composer and musician and my training in sound, Reiki, Energy Medicine, meditation, and complementary wellness practices to thoughtfully shape an experience for your audience.
The setting may change, the people may change, and the tools I use may change—but the intention remains the same: to create an experience that feels meaningful, accessible, and genuinely connected to the people in the room.
A Deeper Experience: Coming Home to Your Energy
My own journey eventually inspired me to create something deeper than a traditional individual session.
Coming Home to Your Energy is a private two-day immersive experience with follow-up integration sessions.
This is where my approach changes.
In a regular session, I ask a few questions and briefly check in with you. In Coming Home to Your Energy, we intentionally create much more time to explore.
And it begins with something very important to me:
I listen.
I want to understand more of the whole person—not just how you feel in that particular moment.
What has shaped you?
What are you proud of?
What gives you energy?
What seems to take it away?
What patterns have you begun to recognize?
What parts of yourself might you have stopped making time to hear?
There is a framework for our time together, but there is no formula for you.
Over the two days, we explore awareness through a personalized combination of conversation, sound, music, Reiki, breath, meditation, movement, nature, reflection and practical everyday practices.
The intention isn’t for me to tell you who you should become.
It is to create enough space for you to hear yourself more clearly.
For me, that is what coming home means.
It is reconnecting with yourself—your energy, thoughts, patterns, intuition, environment, boundaries, choices and the things that genuinely support you.
And importantly, the experience doesn’t simply end when the two days are over.
The follow-up sessions create space to talk about what you noticed when you returned to everyday life, what practices felt natural, what didn’t, what changed, and what you want to continue exploring.
Because the experience itself is only part of the journey.
What matters is what you can carry with you into your life.
How My Practice Came Together
Looking back, I can see a path I could not see while I was living through it:
Pain made me search.
Curiosity made me explore.
Experience made me want to learn.
Training gave me tools and structure.
Music gave me a place of safety and grounding.
And eventually, those paths came together in my practice.
All About Love Wellness is the result.
Today, I work with individuals, groups and organizations through private sessions, sound experiences, Reiki, original music and customized wellness experiences.
I am a Certified Reiki Master, Expert Level Sound Healer, Certified in Energy Medicine, musician and composer. My original music has reached listeners in more than 95 countries, and I continue to study, create and deepen my practice.
But credentials are only part of what I bring to this work.
My own journey taught me something much simpler:
Sometimes we need a place to slow down.
Sometimes we need quiet enough to notice what we haven’t been hearing.
And sometimes we need an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves—not as a collection of responsibilities, problems or parts, but as a whole person.
That is the space I hope to create through All About Love Wellness.
