Credentials
My work is grounded in both formal training and self-mastery, blending structured study with heartfelt practice. I hold certifications in Reiki, Sound Healing, and the MELT Method, each contributing a unique dimension to my holistic approach.
I completed my Reiki Master certification through a program following the traditional lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, and my Sound Healing certification through the same institution, which also offers comprehensive studies in vibrational therapy. The institution where I received all of my certifications is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Global Sound Practitioner Alliance (GSPA), and is also accepted for PDA credits by NCCAOM.
My Sound Healing education spans multiple modalities and instruments — including crystal and Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other vibrational tools — with advanced certifications that emphasize both technique and intuitive connection.
Among my continuing studies, I am particularly proud of earning a Certificate in Energy Medicine through Allegra Learning Solutions, LLC — a comprehensive program that explored how energy is understood and applied across multiple healing disciplines. The coursework examined the relationship between music and sound as energy, the human biofield, and practices such as meditation, qigong, acupuncture-based energy medicine, therapeutic touch, healing touch, Reiki, reflexology, and craniosacral therapy.
The program offered a broad perspective on how practitioners from different traditions engage with subtle energy and inspired me to refine how I integrate sound, intention, and awareness in my own practice. It strengthened my appreciation for the diversity of approaches within the field of energy medicine and deepened my commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Allegra Learning Solutions, LLC is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation, and is also approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #CEP 14693), the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC, Provider #107194), and the Florida Board of Nursing (Provider #50-12076).
In MELT Method practice, I am certified through training developed by Sue Hitzmann, the creator and founder of the MELT Method. This innovative approach supports balance, mobility, and the body’s natural resilience through the restoration of connective tissue health.
I am also an active member of the MELT Community Center, where instructors and practitioners come together to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and support one another. Whenever I have questions or seek new insight, this community provides invaluable guidance, helping us refine our approach so we can better support healing and help clients achieve optimal results.
I continue to deepen my understanding through workshops with Olivier Nino, known as The Spiritual Activator, and through participation in Commune, a global community dedicated to wellness, personal growth, and conscious living. I also value staying connected with the Reiki community — exchanging insights, experiences, and continuing to learn through shared practice and dialogue.
