"Anica started with the MELT Method, then we moved on to a sound bath, followed by Reiki combined with a sound bath, and finally Reiki combined with tuning forks.
At the beginning of MELT, we checked which parts of my arms and legs had tension and pain. I followed the exercises she demonstrated using the balls, and already after the first MELT sequence, I felt a difference. When she checked the tension in my neck, she noticed that turning my head to the right caused some pain, while I could turn it more easily to the left. She also found that I had pain and tension in my hands and shoulders.
When we started MELT for the hands, I felt how the balls released the painful spots — it felt incredibly good. We also did MELT for the face, and the effect was the same: amazing relaxation and a noticeable release of tension in just a few minutes.
During our conversation, I told her that my feet hurt and that I felt my body weight was unevenly distributed on them — they were very tense. At first, I could feel the weight of my body mainly on the edges of my feet. We began MELT for the feet, and she showed me every exercise patiently and with great care. My feet were a bit more sensitive than my hands, but the even pressure of the balls felt wonderful. After the first sequence, I felt relief, although there was still some tension in one spot under my big toes. We did another sequence, and afterward, I felt like I could fly — my body weight was so beautifully balanced, it was the best feeling after such a long period of foot pain!
The sound bath was a very beautiful and, above all, new experience for me. I thought I was fine and relaxed — until we started. I lay down on the bed, and she placed the singing bowls on my chakras and began. The vibrations of the bowls felt wonderful in my body, like I was being filled with energy.
Anica then took the Koshi chime and began to play. The sound I heard is something I will remember for the rest of my life — the most beautiful sound ever. At that moment, I felt strong pain in my chest, and sad images from difficult moments in my life started coming to my mind. I began to cry; it was very intense. For the next 15 minutes, I felt great tightness around my heart and in my chest while crying, but I also felt lighter. I didn’t feel like all the pain had gone, but I did feel much better. I also felt nauseous for a moment, but that passed quickly — and the pain in my chest was completely gone after five days.
Right now I feel very good, I'm full of energy, my mind is clear, and I'm ready for new victories."
